Non-exempt positions are Hourly/Staff positions. These positions pay for overtime or allow for compensatory time off. Benefits may include up to 2 weeks of paid vacation and one personal day per year.
Exempt positions are salaried positions. These positions do not pay for overtime. Benefits may include 4 weeks accrued vacation per year.
