Assistant Professor of Speech and Language Pathology and Audiology
The Department of Speech Communication Studies at Iona College in New Rochelle, NY seeks a full-time tenure track Assistant Professor of Speech and Language Pathology and Audiology (preferable voice and/or fluency research concentrations) for its newly developing graduate program (first cohort will be welcomed in August, 2014) in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Teaching undergraduate courses in anatomy and speech science might be possible.
Service to department and community
Qualifications:Applicants will have a history of achievements in teaching, scholarship, and service; must have a PhD in Communication Sciences and Disorders (Ph.D. candidates may also apply); must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP); and hold (or be eligible for) New York State licensure in speech-language pathology. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the fields of voice and/or fluency.
