Business Continuity and Risk Management

Business would not thrive, if not for risk. However, disasters and disruptive events can challenge an organization's viability. Resiliency can be accomplished through proper risk assessment, contingency planning, systems security, crisis and incident management, and recovery planning.

Our Objectives:

The objectives of Iona's Business Continuity and Risk Management Center are to be:

  • a leading academic provider of business continuity and risk management education; and
  • a primary source of significant research and knowledge in the field.

The Center explores the latest developments in the technology of risk, resilience and recovery to enable an organization to protect its vital assets, mitigate risk, manage crisis, and recover after a disaster.
