Health Care Information Systems Certificate

The Health Care Information Systems Advanced Certificate will prepare both the Information Systems and Health Care Professional with the wherewithal to manage the conversion of Health Care Organizations (Medical Offices, Hospitals, Testing Organizations and Long Term Care Organizations etc.) from a paper-based system to one based on information technology with systems that will be interoperable with each other.

Students who wish to simultaneously complete the Certificate program within the MBA program can do so by integrating 18 credits (six courses) of Health Care and Information Systems courses and allied courses within their concentration and the breadth area.
