Moonsoo Kang received his Ph.D. in finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder, his M.S. in Statistics from the University of Texas at Austin, and his B.B.A and M.B.A from Seoul National University. Dr. Kang has taught finance courses in principle of finance, financial market & institution, and international financial management at both undergraduate and graduate levels. His research interests include market microstructure, asset pricing, and market efficiency. He has published articles in Journal of Banking and Finance, Financial Review, and Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting. Dr. Kang has presented his works in many conferences including Western Finance Association and Financial Management Association meetings. His Awards and Honors include the Best Paper Award for Investment at Southwestern Finance Association (2011) and the Semi-finalist for the Best Paper Award at Financial Management Association (2012).
