    The completed Hagan School of Business on-line application form or PDF application form, two letters of recommendation or two completed recommendation forms, all undergraduate and graduate transcripts, a copy of your current resume, the $50 application fee, and official Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) Scores. Advanced Certificate applicants should submit a completed application, a copy of your current resume, the $50 application fee and all official undergraduate and, (if applicable), graduate transcripts. • Do I have to take the GMAT?

    A GMAT is ONLY required for applicants to the MBA and MS programs with a GPA of less than 3.25. Advanced Certificate applicants are not required to submit a GMAT. The GMAT can also be waived if you exhibit any of the following criteria:
    • Advanced Degree (MA, MS, MD, JD, CPA);
    • have significant business experience (you have worked steadily in a managerial position for more than seven years since acquiring your bachelor's degree).
    In order to secure a work waiver, your current supervisor must submit a letter, on your behalf.  The letter must be on company letterhead, detailing the managerial aspects of your position, and requesting a GMAT waiver. If your GPA is between a 3.0 and 3.24, you can be conditionally admitted into the program without submitting the GMAT but MUST submit the GMAT before the completion of your first term of enrollment.
