Brother J.G. Sullo is a member of the Congregation of Christian Brothers and a full time lecturer at Iona College.  Due to his educational background he teaches in two disciplines:  Spanish and History.  His first degree was a BA from Iona in Spanish.  Following he completed an MA in Spanish from Middlebury College.  Due to his love of languages he pursued an MA degree in Latin American History from Catholic University of America.  He was then asked, by his congregation, to obtain an Administrative Degree in Education, which he completed at Fordham University.
For most of his life Brother was in high school.  Firstly, he was teacher, and then administrator.  He taught in various schools of the Christian Brothers until he was asked to become principal of Archbishop Curley – Notre Dame High School (Miami, Florida).  This administrative position was then followed by two more:  President of Bergen Catholic High School (Oradell, New Jersey) and All Hallows High School (Bronx, New York).
Presently, Brother is teaching both Spanish and History as well as being a Frosh advisor and an advisor to both the men’s rugby club and a Greek house.
