Projection System and Audio/Visual Request Form

Please read the following before filling out the form

To ensure proper availability and functionality of the technology, we encourage you to follow the outlined procedure:

- This request form must be submitted at least 1 week before the date needed

- IT staff will contact you ONLY if they do not have the equipment you requested

- If you need setup support for the projection system, IT staff will be available one hour before the final presentation.

- Please make a copy of the final presentation file available at the time of the setup.

- If the presenter wants to bring his/her personal laptop, we may not be able to ensure compatibility between laptop and projection system. Please make the laptop available one hour prior to the final presentation for testing.
