Where is the IT Help Desk?
The IT Help Desk is temporarily located on the lower level of McSpedon Hall. Hours are:

Monday - Thursday		8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Friday		8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday		CLOSED

Help Desk services are also available at Helen T. Arrigoni Library & Technology Center. Hours are:

Monday - Thursday		8:00 am - 10:00 pm
Friday		8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday		9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Laptop support will not be available at the Arrigoni Help Desk.

How do I get a book, journal, DVD, video, etc. located in Ryan?

Please note that library materials will be retrieved from Ryan Library Monday-Saturday only and Ryan retrieval services are subject to change at any time. Please check this website for updates or call (914) 637-2791 for current information.

1) Visit the Helen T. Arrigoni Library & Technology Center and request the item in person. Please expect a 15-30 minute wait for items requested in person.

2) Call (914) 637-2791 to request a title for pick-up at Helen T. Arrigoni Library & Technology Center.

Is CELTIC open for faculty?

CELTIC will remain open as usual providing services to faculty, including reference services. Access is through CELTIC’s front door, and hours of operation are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; and Fridays during the summer (May 23 through August 15) from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
