Graduate Student Housing at Iona

Iona offers on-campus housing to graduate students, proving them with a safe, convenient and cost-effective living and learning environment.
Several different on-campus environments are available:
  • Rice Hall, a traditional residence hall composed of doubles and singles with community bathrooms
  • Apartments at Eastchester, composed of suite-style housing with a living area, bathroom and a kitchen with stove and refrigerator
All Iona, full-time graduate students are eligible to apply for graduate student housing. The Office of Residential Life gives priority to graduate students on a first-come, first-served basis.
