Iona College Office of Student Success Welcomes the Class of 2020 to Freshmen Orientation

Get geared up for two days of maroon and gold pride, as we welcome you to campus as an official Iona Gael!

This is an event filled with day and evening activities including an overnight in the Residence Halls that will show you what being a Gael is all about!

Orientation and the overnight stay in Residence Halls is mandatory for all freshmen. You may choose one of the following four dates:

June 14-15
(All students can attend this orientation. Honor’s students are asked to register for this date, as the Honor’s advisor will be present at this orientation)
 
June 21-22
(All students can register for this orientation. Students interested in Education or Science may want to attend this orientation, as advisors in those disciplines will be present)
 
June 28-29
(All students can register for this orientation)
 
July 6-7
(All students can register for this orientation. Students interested in Science may want to attend this orientation, as a Science advisor will be present)

Highlights:
Meet your classmates!  Spend some time with current students and student leaders as they best prepare you for Gael Life!  Sample the campus cuisine and discover the spirit of our many traditions. Review your class schedule, and meet an academic adviser.  Stay overnight in our freshmen residence halls!
 
There will be a parent’s orientation on day one which include financial services!
