Move your future forward
The Gerri Ripp Center for Career Development offers Iona's diverse student body the tools and resources necessary to identify career interests, select an appropriate major and explore career fields.

Identifying your skills, interests, and work values will help you to find a more satisfying and rewarding career. You will also find this information helpful when you are in the process of choosing a major. The Gerri Ripp Center for Career Development offers both online and paper-based assessment services to help you identify your strengths and interests. It is important to meet with a Career Advisor to select the appropriate assessment tool. A Career Advisor can also help you understand the results of the assessment tool and explore career options.
