Getting Technology Support
The Iona College IT department provides a variety of technology support for students, faculty and staff. Trained professionals are available to answer questions and help troubleshoot technology issues.
Students. The IT Help Desk, located on the first floor of Ryan Library, is the first stop for students' technical questions. Whether help is needed with BlackBoard, PeopleSoft, wireless or laptop technology, the Help Desk is available to answer all Iona students' questions. Learn more about the Help Desk
