The Office of Mission Integration was created as an initiative of the President of Iona College to ensure that each employee of the college has an opportunity to become fully involved in the riches, values and challenges that form our mission. The mission is framed in the heritage of American Catholic higher education and the history of the Edmund Rice Christian Brothers, founded by Blessed Edmund Rice.
Mission in Action
We join in planning, resourcing and participating in creative endeavors to enhance a sense of community and the continuity of the efforts of many who have crafted the mission, and who serve it well.

Our Mission
The Office of Mission Integration has as its stated purpose: It is the task of the office to make the mission conscious in the minds and hearts of all. The office does this at two levels. At one level it makes recommendations for systemic changes necessary to facilitate the mission. At another level it creates programs for people and offices in their ongoing attempt to integrate the mission into their daily activity of the College. The office facilitates open, trusting and supportive conversations to effect changes at both levels and with all constituents.
