Mission in Action

The final phase of a new employee's year-long orientation, this mini-retreat offers newly hired employees the opportunity to evaluate their first year experiences as a member of the Iona community and as an employee of Iona College.

Participants are invited to create personal mission statements and compare and contrast the values to that of the Iona College Mission Statement.
