Personal Orientation: Employees of Iona College reach out to new employees and share a bit of Iona from their experience. The Personal Orientation Team is a cadre of people who are enthused about the mission of the college, its campus, its history, and the history of the Edmund Rice Christian Brothers. They meet during the year to discuss trends and needs of new employees, and to suggest new and better ways of offering hospitality.
