Shared Vision: After two years working at Iona College, employees are invited to a day long retreat at The Oaks Retreat Center in New Rochelle, NY. During the retreat, employees are invited to reflect on the mission of Iona as it relates to their personal goals, the challenges in the mission, its effectiveness and ideals for the future. It is another way to meet others who work at Iona and spend some time being revitalized by the values and create a shared vision of our future.
