Sessions begin at 9:00am on Friday morning (March 7).  There are four sessions on Friday and Saturday (9:00am, 11:00am, 2:00pm, and 4:00pm).  The conference ends on Sunday, March 9 at 12:30pm.  We expect to have at least 15 sessions running concurrently in each time block.

Please be sure to make your hotel reservations by January 29, 2008; after that date the hotel will release the block of rooms we have reserved and rooms will either not be available or will not be available at the conference rate of $175 single or double (all prices are subject to the appropriate state, local and occupancy taxes in effect at the time of the conference).  Please note that room availability is limited so book early! How to Get There:

• By Air
• The most convenient airport is Boston's Logan Airport.
• Taxis are available at the airport and the trip to the Hotel will cost approximately $40. (Click here for taxi information.)
• Airport shuttle vans are available for transportation from the airport to downtown hotels, including the Boston Park Plaza.  The Hotel recommends that arriving guests follow the airport signs for Ground Transportation and then look for the signs for Ultimate Livery.  The cost is approximately $14.00 per person and the vans stop outside each terminal about every half hour (from 6:30am to 5:30pm). No reservation is needed for the van.
• Buses to Boston's subway or metro system (called the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority or the "T") stop outside each terminal.  There is no charge for the bus; the fare for the "T" is $2.00 (one way).  The bus will take you to the Logan Airport "T" station which is on the Blue Line.  Take the Blue Line to the Government Center stop and change for the Green Line.  Take the Green Line to the Arlington stop.  The Arlington stop is right in front of the Hotel.  (Click here for a map of the "T" system.)

• By Train
• Take Amtrak to Boston's Back Bay Station.  You can then reach the hotel by walking east approximately 2 1/2 blocks.  Taxis are also available at the station.  (NOTE:  If for some reason you arrive at South Station instead of Back Bay, you may reach the Hotel by taxi or by the "T", Boston's subway system.  South Station is a stop on the Red Line.  Take the Red Line to the Park Street stop and change for the Green Line.  Take the Green Line to the Arlington stop.  The Arlington stop is right in front of the Hotel. • Parking is available at the Hotel at a cost of $38 a day which allows for the vehicle to be moved in and out; parking is also available at a nearby lot for $28 per day.
