Black Hair: Black Identity
Curated by Peridot Smith
This multi-media group show is a unique study into the culture of Black Hair. Controversial topics like the "good hair/bad hair" debate will be explored as well as ideas of context and criticism. This exhibition is an introspective look at the transformative power and beauty of Black Hair, juxtaposed with the pressures of conformity.
