Welcome to the Biology Department
The Department of Biological Sciences offers major programs each leading to a BS degree: Biology, Environmental Science and Medical Technology.
The Biology major has three concentrations and the department also offers a minor in biology.
The Biology Major has three concentrations:
> General Biology.
> Pre-professional Biology.
> Pre-physical Therapy.
The Biology Department is a member chapter of the National Biological Society, Beta Beta Beta.

Graduate Programs
In conjunction with the Eduation Department, the Biology Department offers a Masters of Education in Biology. Our programs are recognized by the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) and accredited by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education Association (NCATE). Read More »
