Requirements - BS in Biology, General Biology Concentration

The General Biology concentration in the Biology major provides the most flexibility in terms of the career options for the student. This concentration is best for students who want a solid background in all of the major biological disciplines, including cell biology, genetics, microbiology, and ecology and evolution. Students who choose this concentration have pursued careers in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, education, research, and business; in other words, everything!
