I am Thomas Blackburn, a Finance Transformation Leader in the Business Transformation / Information Technology organization of IBM. I am a senior information technology professional with over twenty years of experience delivering business solutions through technology enablement. My experience includes over fifteen years of project leadership and project management for a diverse set of financial applications.

My experience includes strategy formulation, systems integration, application development and program management. Personnel management experience over five People Managers and Project Management experience, leading team sizes from 3 to 500, and budgets from $100,000 to $52 million. My Iona experience has enabled me to excel and achieve my career goals. While at Iona, I was able to build a solid foundation of technical and business knowledge to enable me to grow my career through every position I have held. From starting as a technical consultant and programmer to the current leadership position I hold today.
