John Mallozzi

 

John Mallozzi has been teaching at the college level since 1966, at Iona since 1982. He began his career in mathematics, obtaining his BS at St. John's University, NY and his PhD at New York University. During his time at Iona, he has served as department chairman for nearly a decade, and on many departmental and college-wide committees. He has authored three textbooks and a number of scholarly papers, and has served as project director for two NSF grants. His research interests include programming languages and compiler design.
