Chia-Ling Tsai

 

Chia-Ling Tsai joined Iona College in 2008. She received the BSc and BSc Hons degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, in 1994 and 1995, respectively, and the PhD degree in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York, in 2003. She has been teaching at the college level since 2005. Her research interests include biomedical image analysis, computer vision, and image processing.
