Personal Statement

IBM Global Financing (IGF) offers multi vendor information technology (IT) financing solutions. It provides funding to buy or lease hardware, software, and services from any technology vendor to small businesses and firms; asset management tools that allow clients to track, manage, and control technology assets and related financing contracts; expertise in structuring and administering complex deals; and commercial financing that provides a suite of working capital offerings. IBM Global Financing also operates an asset recovery business, which assists companies in getting rid of obsolete systems by recycling, reselling, or disposing of them.

So far, I have been involved in multiple projects including migration planning for a new web based testing tool from the older tool used currently, and creating a universal handbook for portfolio parameter setup options that will be a reference guide used when setting up parameters in the future. I also have been involved in creating dummy quotes in preparation for a country application conversion where I was required to put my SQL knowledge to the test when queries needed to be run in order to view certain rows and columns from the appropriate tables. An additional responsibility of mine was to create two wiki information pages and maintain them with the proper, and most up-to-date information.
