ONLINE SUBMISSIONS OF APPLICATIONS. AFTER JANUARY 1, 2007 PAPER
APPLICATIONS WILL BE RETURNED.
- Submit paper application to department secretary with SAVE/Child Abuse sheets/test scores/fingerprinting
- Students must apply online at http://www.highered.nysed.gov/tcert/certificate/
- Create a use profile on the online site.
- Choose the following: Approved New York State Certification Programs (College Pathway/NOT INDIVIDUAL PATHWAY)
- Enter education information:
- Institution (Iona College - either New Rochelle or Rockland campus)
- Award Title (Check the college catalog for your degree)
- Program (Match with your program plan sheet)
- Major (Choose from the list on the site)
- Date Degree Received
- Attended From (Enter date began program)
- Attended To (Enter date ended program)
- Number of credits (Enter total credits earned - check transcript or catalog)
*MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT BEFORE YOU SUBMIT TO THE SYSTEM.
