Undergraduate Internships

Internships are supported by the English Department under the course number English 480.  For further information, please see Dr.Shea, who is currently the advisor for the internship program.  You may also email her with your questions: LShea@iona.edu

Internships are available in a variety of firms and organizations: business, publishing, law, charity, local government, public relations, and so on.

Graduate Assistantships

• Assistantships are available through positions in a variety of offices at Iona College.
• Application should first be made to the Office of Graduate Arts and Science.
• The Department of English offers a graduate assistantship for the position of office administrator.
• The Shakespeare Newsletter offers a graduate assistantship for the position of desktop-publishing assistant.
