MST Transition B Adolescence Education (Italian 7-12)

I. Course work (13 courses -- 39 credits)

Phase 1: EDU 640, EDU 653, EDU 712, EDU 721, EDU 800 (15 credits)

Phase 2: EDU 783, EDU 922; five graduate courses in Italian (21 credits)

NB: Students are required to take two graduate courses in Italian that treat in a substantial way the periods before 1800 and three courses that treat the periods after 1800).

II. Mentored Teaching: During Phase 2 of course work, students will complete one year of mentored teaching

III. EDU 959: Special Project in Foreign Language Education (Italian) (3 credits)
