Dr. Brockwell is an industrial and organizational psychologist with a diverse career spanning roles in public safety, government, global corporations, and consulting. Prior to joining the faculty at Iona, he led talent and organization development functions in global corporations. His interests include executive assessment and coaching, international management, global leadership and management development, strategic talent management and succession planning, business continuity in disaster, work stress and stress management, and operating in high stress/high risk environments. In addition to his work in I/O psychology, Dr. Brockwell has taught and consulted on applications of psychophysiology, sport, military, and performing arts psychologies to enhance human performance. Dr. Brockwell earned his doctorate in Psychology from The City University of New York and is a licensed Psychologist in New York State.
