Dr. Gardner is a New York State licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist. She has extensive experience working with school populations that have varied from developmentally delayed preschoolers to public high school students. In addition, Dr. Gardner has worked as an adjunct professor for Long Island University (Brooklyn campus) and University of Phoenix (Online campus). She is currently a member of the American Psychological Association, National Association for School Psychologists, and Association for Black Psychologists. Her research interests include assessment, at-risk populations & resiliency, and multiculturalism.

Dr. Gardner earned both her Master of Science and Doctoral degrees in School Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University.
