Dr. Greene is a clinical psychologist with interests in professional ethics, psychopathology and psychotherapy for individuals, groups and couples. He has published in the areas of treatment, suicide prevention, and disaster response. Active in the New York State Psychological Association, he has served as Chair of the Editorial Policies Committee, represented the Division of Clinical Psychology on the Governing Council of NYSPA from 2002-2005, and served as President of the Clinical Division. In 2003, NYSPA awarded him the Distinguished Service Award. He chairs the Disaster Response Committee of the Westchester Psychological Association, and was chosen to receive that organization's Distinguished Service Award for 2006.

His most recent work is "FDNY Crisis Counseling: Innovative Responses to 9/11 Firefighters, Families, and Communities"
