Dr. Xiong is an industrial organizational psychologist whose interests include personality measurement and predictors of work and school performance, career assessment and development. She has conducted several industrial-organizational consulting projects, which included work at a large manufacturing corporation and a local manufacturing plant which also has global operations. She has presented her research in numerous national and international professional conferences. She is currently holding memberships in the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and American Psychological Association (APA) Division 1.
