Social work practice, mental health, case management, community outreach.

Mark Giuliano, MSW, is Program Coordinator, Mental Health Services for Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health and is responsible for the Homeless Outreach and Community Placement Team, Forensic Outreach Team and Information Systems Management for Adult Mental Health Services. He has served as Field Instructor for numerous social work students and currently teaches Introduction to Social Work (SOW 2210) at Iona. Mr. Giuliano has received awards from the National Association of Counties for his work with the Forensic Outreach Team (2002), Homeless Outreach and Community Placement Team (2000), and Single Point of Intake for Residential Services (2000). In addition, the Single Point of Intake and Homeless Outreach programs received the "Best Practice" award at the New York State Office of Mental Health Best Practices Conference 2001. Mr. Giuliano has also made two appearances on Healthscope Cable Access Television: Forensic Outreach, July 2002 and Homeless Outreach and Community Placement Team, September 2002.
