Robyn Brown-Manning, MSW, joined the adjunct teaching faculty of Iona College in
spring 2002. She holds a Master of Social Work degree and is a certified social
worker. Ms. Brown-Manning has over twenty years of experience in social service,
and specializes in training-the-trainer, parent education, social services
consulting, time management training and self-empowerment awareness. She is a
partner in Kriya Associates, Inc., a management consulting firm, offering
organizational development and assessment services, coaching, counseling,
training in parent education, team building, spiritual empowerment, stress
management, leadership, career planning, diversity management, gender
management, personal growth and related services. Ms. Brown-Manning currently
teaches the course on Human Diversity in Social Work Practice (SOW 318) at Iona, and Social Welfare and Child Welfare Policy courses at Hunter College School of Social Work.
