Application Deadlines
April 10 for Summer Travel September 10 for Fall Travel January 28 for Spring Travel Applications are accepted at these three deadlines during the fiscal year. You may submit an application to an earlier deadline (e.g. submit a travel application for the April 10th deadline for Fall travel) in order to facilitate the purchase of airline tickets through our Purchasing Department.
