Here is some of the pertinent information you need with regard to Spring 2012 End of Term Grading and Exams:

• GRADES ARE DUE:   Monday, May 14, 2012 at Noon.
• CELTIC is available during business hours at 633-2146. They can also arrange to be available for faculty who wish to meet after five.

• The Final Exam Schedule
• Final Exams must be given during the assigned exam period. Any exception must be approved through the Department Chair and Dean's office.
• Students are not required to take more than two exams on any exam day. Students who have conflicts or who exceed the two exam limit should be accommodated between the different professors, in a way that is reasonable to all involved.
• If you need to have an alternative exam proctored, you may use the Rudin or CAP offices as necessary. You may contact the Rudin Center at 633-2226.


GRADING

• Inc. and FA Grades – There is still time to post these two grades. Please email L. Wenchell (lwenchell@iona.edu) The deadline for all incomplete course work to be completed and submitted to the professor is Sept. 7, 2012.
• N Grades should be used only under exceptional circumstance (ex. when a student does not show for the final exam or if you have arranged for the student to take the final exam at a later date). N Grades for missed exams have a different completion date than Incomplete courses. The deadline for the final exam to be made up is approximately one month, or Friday, June 22, 2012, long before the fall term begins. Professors will have as much time as they need, over the summer, to grade the exam.
