Saturday MBA Program

About the Program:

The Professional MBA Program is a cohort offering to qualified applicants namely, those individuals with at least 7 years of post-baccalaureate experience and strong undergraduate and work records. All members of each cohort will take 57 credits for the MBA degree and will earn GMAT waivers. Two courses will be offered each trimester on Saturdays comprised of four (4) in-class sessions, four (4) Wimba "Live Classroom" sessions and four (4) traditional distance-learning (DL) sessions. Three courses over two summer sessions in a similar fashion. Each cohort will complete the 57 credits in two years.

A series of high level speakers will meet with the students and instructors over lunch, provided by the Hagan School of Business, during the four in-class sessions thereby adding an enhancing element to the Program.

  • 21 credits of advanced courses OUTSIDE field of specialization
  • MBA 500, Business Perspectives (cornerstone course)
  • MBA 710, Strategic Management (capstone course)
Concentration Requirements (12 credits)

  • Advanced certificate in Business Continuity and Risk Management also available

To apply for this program, submit a completed application with official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended, a current resume and a professional recommendation from your current supervisor. The GMAT is not required for this program.
