Glenn has spent the vast majority of his 25 year career in sports & entertainment including senior marketing and management roles with premiere sporting events, professional sports properties, marketing agencies, and now as executive director of the Iona College Center for Sports & Entertainment Studies.
He manages his own consulting practice, H & H Consulting, specializing in business development for sports and entertainment properties. In addition, Glenn is an aspiring entrepreneur, industry career counselor and a contributing columnist to the Sports Business Journal.
Glenn has contributed to significant growth in interest and revenue, while involved with such properties as the National Football League, FIFA World Cup Soccer ('94), National Hockey League, Arena Football League, and Madison Square Garden.
In his various roles , he has received industry recognition for both his managerial and marketing accomplishments. He has been named a top 100 marketer by Advertising Age and was recognized by the Sports Business Journal for his management of AFL Properties.
Glenn is an alumni board member and resides in Fairfield, CT with his wife Holli and two children Justin and Taylor.
Nicholas J. Beutell, PhD (Stevens Institute of Technology Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM)
Teaches courses in human resource management (including careers, international, work and family, and Web-based HR) and management (principles and managing sport organizations). Research and consulting interests include work and family issues, career development, organizational surveys, and executive assessment. His publications have appeared in numerous journals including the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Journal of Vocational Behavior.

P. Everett Fergenson, PhD (University of Massachusetts)
Research interests include business/marketing ethics, consumer behavior, cross-cultural communication strategy and future forecasting. Teaches courses in marketing management, sports marketing, and consumer behavior.

John F. Manley, PhD (Rutgers University)
Research interests include mergers and acquisitions, firm specialization, international financial management decision processes, total quality management, and educational and ethical issues in business finance curriculums. Teaches courses in financial management, global finance, and investments. He was also the program chair of IBEC 2005.

Ed Manetta (Adjunct Professor)
Senior level executive with extensive experience in sports and entertainment marketing, public relations, and television production and creation. Held position of partner/in-house television producer/sports marketer for an entrepreneurial intellectual property development company. Created and built his own sports and lifestyle marketing, public relations, and television production company, and served as athletic director at St. John's University and DePaul University.

Stephen Master (Adjunct Professor)
Stephen is a Vice President at the Nielsen Company, which is the world's leading provider of marketing information, audience measurement and business media products and services. He manages the Nielsen Sports Group and works with major sports properties and leading brands that invest in sports sponsorships and media. Prior to joining Nielsen, Stephen was the VP of business development of corporate sponsorships at the National Football League and VP of Marketing Solutions at Octagon Worldwide. He also worked at the National Basketball Association, where he served as the director of business development in the international group. A graduate from the University of Michigan, Stephen also received an MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business.

Scott Miranda (Adjunct Professor)
Veteran of Dan Klores Communications for 14 years and heads up the DKC sports group for the company. Current clients: The US Open Tennis Championships, New Balance Athletic Shoe, Citi, Versus, New Era, Modell's Sporting Goods, Liberty National Golf Club, Delta Airlines, Harrah's Entertainment, The Jackie Robinson Foundation and Warner Home Video.

Donald R. Moscato, PhD (Columbia University; Production Systems Management; CDP, Institute for the Certification of Computer Professionals)
Teaches courses in audit and control of computer systems, e-commerce strategy, corporate planning models, internet security and privacy, information and decision technology in sports, entertainment and gaming and management information systems. Research and consulting interests include the development of financial planning and analysis systems, electronic monitoring and privacy issues, computer auditing and IT architecture strategy. Dr. Moscato has over thirty years of experience in information systems and related areas and has published throughout that period.

Tom Richardson (Adjunct Professor)
Before establishing convergence sports & media, Mr. Richardson was VP/GM for AOL Sports, which he joined in 2001, and managed all business-related activities. Prior to joining AOL, Richardson worked at Spencer Stuart--one of the world's largest executive search firms. Over the years, Richardson has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events, including the Sports Media & Technology Conference, the NBA Technology Summit, and Sports Marketing 2.0 Conference. He has also been a guest lecturer for the graduate sports programs at Columbia University and Iona College. Before Spencer Stuart, Richardson served as the president of the National Hockey League's digital business, director of NFL Publishing, district sales manager for Ziff-Davis Publishing Company after starting his career in media at Grey Advertising. Richardson is a graduate of Hamilton College.

Meltem Tekeli (Adjunct Professor)
Meltem Tekeli is a seasoned corporate marketer whose background includes 25 years of sponsorship and event marketing leadership for Merrill Lynch and MasterCard International, as well as stewardship of the largest and most prestigious properties in the world, including the FIFA World Cup, The Olympics, Major League Baseball, and Formula 1 Racing. Following 10 years with leading agencies, Ms. Tekeli joined MasterCard in 1989, where she spearheaded global promotions and helped build the company's first sponsorship and event programs around the world.. Following a stint as chief marketing officer at IEG, Ms. Tekeli was named director and group head of event marketing for Merrill Lynch. Ms. Tekeli started her own consulting practice in 2006. Her clients include MetLife, MasterCard, Octagon, and Taylor, among others. She is certified as an official woman-owned business and Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) member in 2007. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Skidmore College and is conversant in French and Turkish.

Michael Zanca (Adjunct Professor)
Mr. Zanca joined the United States Tennis Association (USTA) in July 2004. Mr. Zanca is responsible for sponsorship, merchandise and hospitality during the US Open (as it relates to the facility). He is also very heavily involved in off-season capital expenditure projects, site-wide facility upgrades and ADA concerns. Located all year round at the USTA – Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, he is also charged with the creation and execution of the After Action Report which assists the US Open management staff in preparing and planning the "highest annually attended sporting event" in the world, the US Open. He is also an adjunct professor at St. John's University and guest lectures regularly at NYU and the University of New Haven. Additionally, he is a member of the IAVM, Stadium Managers Association and various other sports related associations. Prior to joining the USTA, Mr. Zanca worked at Madison Square Garden and with the Orlando Magic
