I got my AB in English from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. My MA in English from Boston College. My Ph.D. in early modern British literature from the University of Maryland, College Park. I have research interests and publications on John Milton, Shakespeare's sonnets, sixteenth- and seventeenth-century British literature.
