Summer Program in Rome, Italy

Iona in Italy is a program offering five weeks of study in Rome, and a four day trip to Florence. Students, both from Iona and from other institutions, select two courses from an array of five, in Business, Fine Arts, History, Religious Studies, and Italian.

Courses can be taken for core, elective, or major credit, and they are taught by Iona faculty members who travel to Rome with the students and live close to them in the city, and by faculty in Rome.

Students reside in attractive apartments throughout Rome and participate in excursions to museums, monuments, churches, and other noteworthy sites.
