The Samuel Rudin Academic Resource Center, located in the basement of Amend Hall, is available to students who wish to improve their learning skills or who seek academic support. Working one-on-one or in small groups, the professional staff, graduate assistants, and undergraduate tutors help students acquire, improve, review, and strengthen skills. The Center stresses academic support in areas related to the college core: reading, composition, mathematics, and computer science. The Center also provides reasonable accommodation and services to students with disablities.
The Samuel Rudin Rudin Academic Resource Center, located on the lower level of Amend Hall, is especially concerned with assisting freshmen in making a smooth transition from high school to college, while maintaining its primary goal: providing all students with the guidance and support they need in becoming independent and self-confident learners.
There is no charge for any of the services at the Samuel Rudin Academic Resource Center.
