Iona College, founded in 1940, is located on an attractive suburban campus in New Rochelle approximately 20 miles from midtown Manhattan. The College enrolls students in the traditional baccalaureate program, as well as returning-adult undergraduates and graduate students.

Non-exempt positions are Hourly/Staff positions. These positions pay for overtime or allow for compensatory time off. Benefits may include up to 2 weeks of paid vacation and one personal day per year.
Exempt positions are salaried positions. These positions do not pay for overtime. Benefits may include 4 weeks accrued vacation per year.
