Funds from the State Based Program (In Iona's Case New York State)are paid to the school for the student
State Based Aid includes:
Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)
- This grant is awarded to New York State Residents who are attending a college full time in New York State. The Financial Aid Office can estimate an award based on information you provided.
Aid to Part Time Students (APTS)
- Essentially the same as TAP but for Part Time students.

ATM now On-Campus!
Iona College is pleased to announce that a new Citibank ATM has been installed on the ground floor of the LaPenta Student Union Building, outside of the vending area. If you are a Citibank account holder there is no charge for using this ATM. Non-Citibank account holders will be charged a $2.00 per transaction fee by Citibank and any applicable fee assessed by their banking institution.
