Funds from the State Based Program (In Iona's Case New York State)are paid to the school for the student

State Based Aid includes:

Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)

• This grant is awarded to New York State Residents who are attending a college full time in New York State. The Financial Aid Office can estimate an award based on information you provided.

Aid to Part Time Students (APTS)

• Essentially the same as TAP but for Part Time students.
