What is Electronic Billing?

Electronic billing enables you to review your Iona College tuition statement online and also make Electronic check and credit card payments toward your student account.

How will I know when my bill is available?

Each time a bill is available, an e-mail will be sent to the student’s official Iona College e-mail address. It will also be sent to a secondary e-mail address, if the student has additional authorized payers set up.

Why are paper bills being replaced?

The College has decided to implement e-billing to enhance student customer service. It provides both students and authorized payers a fast and efficient way to view charges on their student account.

Now with E-billing — Not just student but authorized payers can also have the convenience of viewing their students’ bill detail online.

E-mail and web based services have become primary ways to communicate on campus and throughout the world. Electronic billing continues this initiative and with the web culture that students have become accustomed to.

Do I have to be on e-billing?

Iona College has designated electronic billing as the official means of generating tuition bills. Paper statements will no longer be mailed. All currently enrolled students will receive an e-bill. Each time a bill is available, an e-mail will be sent to the student’s official Iona College e-mail address. It will also be sent to the authorized payer.

How do I print a paper copy of my bill?

• Students can print and distribute hard copies of their tuition bill for family members or other payers assisting with tuition payment.
• Students can print a copy of their e-bill easily using their personal computer. Students may also use the Iona College computer labs located around campus.
• The Print E-bill Icon is located in the middle section on the e-bill.

If I make a payment, can I view it on my Account immediately?

The Electronic bill is a monthly billing statement. Payments made to your account will be reflected on your next Electronic Bill. However, students can verify payments posted in real-time by logging onto their PeopleSoft account and authorized payers can verify payments posted in real-time by logging onto their QuickPay account and viewing account status.
