State Based Aid includes: Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) This grant is awarded to New York State Residents who are attending a college full time in New York State. The Financial Aid Office can estimate an award based on information you provided. Aid to Part Time Students (APTS) Essentially the same as TAP but for Part Time students.
