Withdrawals and Refunds

For any weekend, two-weekend, one-week or two-week intensive courses, 100% of tuition credit will be given up until the first class meeting.

Students are required to appear in person at the Office of the Registrar to complete a withdrawal form. Course withdrawals will not be taken over the telephone, via fax or by email.

Visiting Student Summer Session Transcripts

Transcripts are available from the Office of the Registrar located on the second floor of McSpedon Hall. Students must complete the transcript request form, which is available in the Office of the Registrar, and pay a fee of $3 per transcript. Federal law requires a student’s signature for the release of any transcript.
