Q: How do I change the name of a menu item (i.e. Course Documents, External Links, etc.)?

Click on Manage Course Menu from the Control Panel of a course:

To Modify an area of the Course Menu, click on Modify next to the area, change the name of the area and/or change the availability and click Submit:
