The program committee (which reviews and selects papers and sessions submitted for the conference) is tentatively scheduled to meet early in December. Acceptance letters will be sent out (and a full conference program will be posted on this web site) by mid December. In order to be listed in the printed conference program, participants must register and pay the appropriate registration fee by January 13, 2007 (please note that the fee is thereafter nonrefundable). There is an additional $15 charge for registration on site.
One More Thing.
We often get requests for copies of papers that have been presented
or for information as to how to contact authors. In response,
we will publish e-mail addresses for authors both in the printed conference
program and in the program that will appear on our web site. Moreover,
we will also provide links from the EEA web site to author's web sites
if the information is provided.
