We will try to accommodate all requests for presentation equipment.  All session rooms will be supplied with overhead projectors and screens.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to request any equipment beyond that basic package.
Access to the web requires the installation of a telephone line in a session room, for which the EEA pays the hotel a special fee.  We will try to make such access available within the limitations of our budget.  Again, please advise us of your requirements as soon as possible to facilitate our planning.
