EXHIBIT SPACE INFORMATION INCLUDING RATES AND DEADLINES

Exhibit Booth   $550  Early bird special (reservation form and fee received by October 27, 2006).    After October 27, 2006, $600.

Standard 8'x10' space includes pipe, drape and an identification sign.  Two complimentary conference registrations per booth.

Exhibit Table  $300
One 6'x24" draped and skirted table with pipe and drape and an identification sign.  One complimentary conference registration per table.

A limited number of "Half Tables" are also available for $150.

To appear in the Conference Program your reservation form and fee must be received by January 12, 2007.  Locations will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
 

ADVERTISING INFORMATION INCLUDING RATES AND DEADLINES

Full Page (5 1/2"w x 8 1/2"h)  $300

Half Page (5 1/2"w x 4 1/4"h)  $150

The Back Cover and Inside Back Cover of the conference program are also available for $400 and $350, respectively.  Please call for availability.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation of exhibit space reservations:
Prior to November 22, 2006 will receive a 75% refund.
Prior to December 31, 2006 will receive a 50% refund.
After December 31, 2006, no refund.

Advertising reservations may be cancelled in writing with no charge if received on or before December 5, 2006.  There will be no refunds after this date.
